Return and Refund

At TheDripCraft, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please read our Refund & Return Policy before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Window

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are eligible only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the customer requests a size exchange.
The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
There are no signs of use, stains, alterations, or damage.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included.
The request is submitted within the 48-hour window.

All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by TheDripCraft.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, email us the following details:

Order ID
Full Name
Reason for the return or exchange
Preferred replacement size, if applicable
Clear photos or videos of the product, where applicable

4. Size Exchange & Shipping Charges

TheDripCraft accepts size exchange requests, subject to product availability and the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Customers must bear the shipping costs both ways: returning the original product to TheDripCraft and shipping the replacement product to the customer.
The replacement will be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the requested size is unavailable, our team will communicate the available options.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products with missing or damaged original tags, labels, or packaging.
Products purchased during sale, promotional, or clearance events.
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Requests submitted after the 48-hour window.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Size exchanges remain available under Section 4, subject to eligibility and availability.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your Order ID along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, TheDripCraft will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable. Customers will not be charged return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

7. Refunds & Store Credit

For approved standard customer-initiated returns, TheDripCraft issues refunds as Store Credit rather than to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

A ₹200 return processing/handling charge will be deducted from the eligible refund amount before store credit is issued.

Example: For an eligible refund of ₹1,000, the customer will receive ₹800 in TheDripCraft Store Credit.

This deduction does not apply to verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products where a refund or replacement is due.

8. Store Credit Validity

Store credit issued against an approved return will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue, subject to applicable law.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, except where required by law.

9. Pre-Order Fulfilment

Pre-order products are fulfilled within the estimated timeline communicated at the time of purchase. TheDripCraft makes every effort to meet these timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent fulfilment.

If TheDripCraft is unable to fulfil and deliver a pre-order product, the customer will receive store credit equivalent to 100% of the amount paid for that product, without deductions, subject to applicable law.

The store credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used to purchase any product available on TheDripCraft website. Redemption instructions will be sent to the contact details associated with the original order.
